Nicci Troupe

Nicci purchased Salon Bellissima in 2011 with a vision to create a warm, eco-conscious space where people could feel truly cared for. After starting her career behind the chair in 2004—and graduating with top honors from the Gene Juarez Academy—she spent nearly two decades growing a loyal following through her thoughtful, personalized approach to hair. Nicci has grown Salon Bellissima to be an award-winning multiple location salon. Today it is a Neighborhood Favorite since it began and generates over $1M in sales-while teaching the next generation of hairdressing dreamers the skills to do the same.

These days, Nicci has mostly stepped away from the styling chair to focus on leading the salon and supporting her incredible team to growth they hadn’t imagined. This shift gives her the space to pour even more into the overall guest experience, the sustainability practices she’s passionate about, and the continued growth of the Bellissima brand and it’s locations.

She’s still deeply involved in the day-to-day and educating—cheering her team on, curating the boutique, and keeping the vibe at Bellissima grounded, intentional, and full of heart.

When Nicci is at home, she’s in Eagle, Idaho with her two funny boys and husband she adores. Her favorite pastimes are traveling, experiences, living green, and spending time outside.
